Referee Handbook (2nd Edition) We must stress the importance of confirming your attendance. It is absolutely essential to do so. If you do not confirm your attendance, we cannot guarantee that enough materials, snacks, and lunch will be available for everyone who is coming. AMAC Referee Training Program (ARTP) Those of you who are planning to join the ARTP for the first time, please send me your COMPLETED applications ASAP. The application can be found at the end of the information packet and the address to send it to is in my signature. If you are *not* planning to join the ARTP, I still need a completed application for our records. I would like to finish as much paperwork as I can prior to the Conference so we can run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. We are also placing a deadline when to join the ARTP and still receive a discount on the Conference. The last day to sign up for the ARTP and receive a discount of 10% on the Conference is Saturday, May 10.
USAT Certification Seminar Dr. Kailian has asked that all participants: 2. Go over the Referee Slides (will be sent via e-mail to those who have already confirmed their attendance). 2. Jot down any questions they may have so we can discuss. The following link is the USAT Certification Seminar Application: http://www.americanmoodokwan.com/RDP_Seminar_Application_May17.pdf For those who are planning to obtain USAT Certification, please fill it out and snail mail it along with your $50.00 seminar fee to me (address listed in my signature) no later than Saturday, May 10. We prefer that you submit your application and fee prior to the Conference so we have less paperwork to do on the day of the event. If you cannot make this deadline, please make sure to turn in both (application and fee) as soon as you arrive at the Conference.
RingMaster Training PaymentJust a reminder that those who have not paid or partially paid should plan make your payments current ASAP. We prefer that all of your payments are current prior to the day of the Conference so we have less paperwork to go through on the day of the event and all we will need to do is simply just check you in. However, we will accept payments on the actual day as well if you need to do it that way.
Information Packet Dinner Banquet Those of you who are attending the Conference, please let me know ASAP if you will be joining us for the banquet. I need a formal head count so the restaurant can properly prepare for us. This is a great chance to network and get-to-know each other. I strongly encourage all participants to go to this.
CHECKLIST! - Please give me the names of your school's participants (from head instructor) ASAP - ARTP dues ASAP (if applicable) - USAT Referee Seminar Application (with fee) Saturday, May 10 - Conference Fee (mandatory) Saturday, May 17 or sooner - USAT Membership (if applicable) Saturday, May 17 or sign-up on USAT website
We are looking forward to renewing long-time friendships and welcoming new participants to our AMAC training programs. |
